  8. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
  9. using this software.  Your use of this software indicates your 
  10. acceptance of this license agreement and warranty in whole.

  12. EVALUATION LICENSE

  14. This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied
  15. warranty.  In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages
  16. arising from the use of this software. No warranty of fitness for a
  17. particular purpose is offered. Any liability of the seller will be
  18. limited exclusively to product replacement.

  20. The following license applies to the evaluation version of Poco.
  21. If you have purchased and registered Poco, please refer to 
  22. REGISTERED LICENSE section below.

  24. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  25. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  26. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you continue to use 
  27. this software after the 30 day evaluation period, a registration 
  28. fee of $25 USD is required.  Make your payments on-line at 
  29. http://www.pocomail.com/ - credit cards accepted.  Quantity
  30. discounts are available upon request.  As soon your payment
  31. is processed and approved you will be sent a valid registration
  32. code that will register your version of Poco.  You can also
  33. send in your payment by mail, please see the web site for details.

  37. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the original
  38. unmodified evaluation version archive of Poco as you wish.
  39. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  40. donations, for distributing the evaluation version of Poco. You
  41. are also prohibited from distributing the software and/or 
  42. documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without 
  43. prior written permission from the author.

  45. Governing Law

  47. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of
  48. British Columbia, Canada.

  50. REGISTERED LICENSE

  65. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  66. through the network.  For instance, if 10 different workstations
  67. will access Poco on the network, each workstation must have its
  68. own Poco registered license, regardless of whether they use Poco
  69. at different times or concurrently.
